National Forum of Music in Wrocław has received an International Classical Music Award 2023 for special achievements

We are proud to inform you that the National Forum of Music in Wrocław has received an International Classical Music Award 2023 for special achievements. In the justification for the award, the ICMA jury emphasizes that thanks to its modern venue that meets the highest standards, as well as extensive artistic activities, the NFM is becoming a role model for the live performance sector.
On 18 January, the ICMA jury announced the winners of this year’s twenty-six awards. One of the winners is Karol Mossakowski. The organist, who belongs to the young generation of virtuosos, was nominated for an ICMA award by the NFM. In the spring of 2023, an album will be released, featuring Karol Mossakowski playing the organ located in the Main Hall of the NFM and the NFM Wrocław Philharmonic conducted by Giancarlo Guerrero.
The International Classical Music Awards 2023 award ceremony and gala concert will take place on 21 April 2023 at the NFM Main Hall. During the event, the NFM Wrocław Philharmonic will perform under the baton of Giancarlo Guerrero.
