Registrations now open for the Napoli Digital Running Festival

Registrations for the Napoli Digital Running Festival 2021 extended and therefore open until March 7. A year ago, on February 23, Naples welcomed thousands of runners for the Napoli City Half Marathon. This year the organisers have worked to offer an innovative running experience, the Napoli Digital Running Festival, a virtual event that will involve runners from all over the world and of any level.
NAPLES – Many runners have already confirmed their participation in the Napoli Digital Running Festival. The participants will receive the official medal, a discount voucher for the Napoli City Half Marathon 2022, access to the virtual Expo where they can buy the official race merchandise and also „breathe“ the atmosphere of a real event, thanks to training tips, touristic videos of Naples, exclusive contents from the partners and much more.
THE NUMBERS – The Napoli Digital Running Festival has been able to attract many runners from all over the globe. As of today, there are over 500 runners from 35 nations of the world who are running to conquer the medal that tells the story of the amazing city of Naples. From the Partenope mermaid, to the sun, the sea and the Vesuvius, among the most important symbols of the city. And the tribute to a champion like Diego Armando Maradona, who made the history of this city.
REGISTRATION DATE EXTENDED – With many people registering in the last days, the Napoli Running team has decided to extend the closing date of the registrations by one week, thus keeping registrations open until March 7. This will give to the runners more time to challenge each other to complete the distances or even organize a team for the Twingo Relay with relatives or friends. An extra week that can also be used to read all runner stories on Napoli Running website, those that generate unique emotions and accompany runners to the finish line.
PARTICIPATION – Registration extended and therefore open until March 7. Runners can choose to run one or more of the three different distances, Half Marathon 21,097km, Twingo Relay (10 + 11,097km) and Family Run & Friends 5 km. Napoli Running strongly desires that everyone can join this challenge and for this reason it will be possible to run the chosen distance even in different trainings, therefore divided into several days.
